I can’t say how much I resonate with this. It’s exactly what happened to me: I took it too seriously, worked my ass for the corporate dream(cause you’re supposed to), but I ended not to care so much, one day. I realised it wasn’t that much worth. One day, my boss yelled at me for not complying with my duties, menaced to fire me, so I said goodbye.
